As a reminder and something that will be stressed in the OOC/Bio post that will be coming shortly, hopefully in the next day or two -
This does not use fuzzy logic. Fuzzy logic, dice rolls, or other pseudo-random events to determine occurrences do not happen. Build the character the way you want it. All builds have equal applicability.
I'm fairly certain that it will be nigh impossible for someone to come up with a build that is completely useless. Just get as close to the character as you want within the creation, and continue to build it towards the character you want as you play.

I'm going to restrict this to a total of 7 PC Characters.
LadyM, Jade, Gilgamesh, and Moueska have dibs on the first 4.
There will be a limitation of 1 primary element per player. There is an exception of one element, there may be two of which.
There will be a limitation of 1 weapon proficiency per player.
Major and Minor characters are being rolled into a single character - in essence, there are no Minor characters. However, if your character is well known in the game world, he is allowed to start with a factor of 10 more resources than he would be allowed to otherwise.

All right. Mechanics are mostly done.
I'm going to leave spells and techs partly unfinished - why? If you want a particular spell or tech, let me know and I'll put it in in some form or fashion.

Large update on resources.
Resources were necessitated with a route the RP ended up taking - they offer way better results for "We need X!" then simply, "Okay, let's just have X!".

Complexity is being removed in the system currently, for those interested as to what the delay is on the bio/OOC post.
