(Edit) Next answer: I have certain guidelines for automatic awards. If you meet them first, you get it. The first one was obvious. The next ones involving posts involve the first one to make a certain amount of posts, and the first one to make a certain amount of posts within a certain amount of time. This is meant to encourage high activity ^^
